AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 363 DATED JUNE 14, 1970

Memorandum Circular No. 363 dated June 14, 1970, urging attendance in the Philippine Management Congress of the Philippine Council of Management is hereby amended so as to authorize the attendance of not more than two (2) participants from each office with expenses chargeable against the funds of their respective offices subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
