CREATING A COMMITTEE TO STUDY AND IMPLEMENT THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE EPIFANIO DELOS SANTOS COMMITTEE (EDSA) TO EASE TRAFFIC CONGESTION ALONG EPIFANIO DELOS SANTOS AVENUE.
There is hereby created a Committee to study and implement the recommendations of the Epifanio delos Santos (EDSA) Study Committee to ease the traffic congestion along Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue from the area of Pasay City to Caloocan City, composed of the following:

The Committee is hereby authorized to call upon any department, bureau, office, agency or instrumentality of the government for such assistance as it may need towards the immediate accomplishment of its work.
The Committee shall submit its report to this Office within a period of fifteen days from the issuance thereof.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
