AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 349 DATED MAY 4, 1970.

Memorandum Circular No. 348 dated May 4, 1970, urging attendance in the Eighth Annual National Convention of the Bureau Directors’ Association Inc. (BUDIRAS) is hereby attended so as to authorize attendance of participants in the said convention on official  time and with expenses limited to convention/registration fees only, chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices subject to the availability thereof and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1âшphi1
