MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 357, May 25, 1970 ] ENJOINING COMPLIANCE BY ALL CONCERNED WITH THE REPORT REQUIREMENT IN MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 336, CURRENT SERIES. Under Memorandum Circular No. 336 of this Office dated March 25, 1970, heads of departments and other appointing officers and provincial boards and city councils are required to submit monthly reports to this Office on appointments issued in their respective jurisdictions which shall contain, among other things, the names of the appointees, their positions and salary rates, and effective dates of the appointments. This Office, however, has not received any such reports except from a few agencies. Since the requirement is intended to complement the policy of this Office against the filling of positions not exempted from the ban, the strict compliance therewith by all concerned is hereby enjoined.1âшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
