ENJOINING GOVERNMENT OFFICES AND AGENCIES TO PURCHASE JANITORIAL EQUIPMENT FROM NACIDA REGISTERED PRODUCTS.

In order to give incentive to cottage industry producers to accelerate production and thereby help promote the economy, all departments, bureaus or offices, including local subdivisions and government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby enjoined to procure their janitorial item requirements such as brooms, maps, floor wax, etc., from registered cottage industry producers through the NACIDA.
