AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 350 DATED MAY 5, 1970.

Memorandum Circular No. 350 of this Office dated May 5, 1970, urging attendance in the Seminar on Rural Radio Broadcasting to be held in Manila and Baguio City on June 22-28, 1970, is hereby amended so as to authorize also the following offices, in addition to those already mentioned therein, to sent not more than two (2) representatives each to the seminar:

1. National Cottage Industries Development Authority

2. National Electrification Administration

3. Rural Bank Department, Central Bank

4. Central Luzon State University

5. Nutrition Foundation of the Philippines

6. Food and Nutrition Research Center
