CREATING A COMMITTEE TO REVIEW AND RESTUDY ALL PENDING PETITIONS FOR SEGREGATION OF LANDS OF THE PUBLIC AND PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT BY PUBLIC AGENCIES OR PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS, OR ENTITIES, AND RECOMMEND POLICY GUIDELINES FOR THE GRANT THEREOF.
The many requests from public agencies and private organizations and entities for grants of lands of the public and private domain of the government in the form of reservations for certain public purposes or for the disposition and alienation thereof thru sale or lease, and the increasingly urgent demand of the great mass of farmers and peasants for land reform, have given rise to the need to establish some form of order, classification and priorities in the consideration and grant of these requests. For this purpose, a Committee is hereby created to review and restudy all pending requests for grants of land of the public and private domain of the government and recommend policy guidelines for the consideration and grant thereof.1âшphi1
The Committee shall be composed of the following:

The Committee may call for assistance from any Department, Bureau, Office, agency or instrumentality of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporations in the performance of its functions.
The Committee shall submit its report and recommendation within two months (60 days).
