MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 350, May 5, 1970 ] URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEMINAR ON RURAL RADIO BROADCASTING TO BE HELD IN MANILA AND BAGUIO CITY ON JUNE 22-28, 1970. The Rural Broadcasters’ Council, in cooperation with the National Food and Agriculture Council, will hold a seminar on rural broadcasting in the cities of Manila and Baguio on June 22-28, 1970.1âшphi1 In view of the importance of this seminar in our food production program, all heads of departments, bureaus and regional offices indicated in the attached list are hereby urged to send not more than two (2) representatives to this seminar. Participants’ attendance shall be on official time and their expenses for transportation, subsistence, lodging and seminar fees in connection therewith shall be chargeable against the appropriation of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements. The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report of their attendance and participation in the seminar. By authority of the President: (SGD.)
