URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE EIGHT ANNUAL NATIONAL CONVENTION OF THE BUREAU DIRECTORS’ ASSOCIATION INC. (BUDIRAS)
The Bureau Director’s Association, Inc., will hold its Eight Annual National Convention in Manila on June 9-11, 1970, for the purpose of effecting a reappraisal, analysis and evaluation of the past performance and prospective work programs of the bureaus, agencies and offices of the government within the context of executive and legislative policies and programs.
All chiefs if bureaus, commissions, offices, corporations and other officials of equivalent rank, and other members of the BUDIRAS are hereby authorized to attend this convention. Their attendance shall be on official time and with expenses for transportation, subsistence and lodging pursuant to Republic Act No. 3847 as implemented by GAC General Circular No. 88-A, series of 1964, and convention/registration fees, all chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability thereof and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
The participants shall submit to their respective department heads a report on their attendance and participation within fifteen days after the convention.1âшphi1
