ENLISTING THE SUPPORT AND COOPERATION OF ALL OFFICES CONCERNED IN CONNECTION WITH THE FIELD SURVEY ON ADMINISTRATIVE DECENTRALIZATION IN THE GOVERNMENT BEING UNDERTAKEN BY THE REORGANIZATION COMMISSION.

The Commission on Reorganization is undertaking, as one of its studies, a field survey an administrative decentralization in the Government. This survey requires interviews with national and local government officials as well as community lenders in ten (10) regional areas of the country beginning the first week of May this year.It will help us realize the aim of the Commission“ to promote simplicity, economy and efficiency in the government t enable it to pursue programs consistent with national goals for accelerated social and economic development and to improve the services in the transaction of the public business.”

All heads of Department, Bureaus, Offices, and Agencies of the National and Local Government, including Government-Owned or Controlled Corporations, are hereby urged to extend their full support and cooperation to the Reorganization Commission to enable it to accomplish this undertaking.
