[ Memorandum Circular No. 343, April 7, 1970 ]
REQUIRING THE SUBMISSION OF WEEKLY REPORTS ON THE ACCOMPLISHMENT OF VARIOUS OFFICE AND AGENCIES IN THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH OF THE GOVERNMENT.
In order to keep the President abreast of the activities of the Executive Branch of the Government, all heads of departments, bureaus and offices, and government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby required to submit to the Office of the President weekly status reports on the highlights of accomplishments in their respective jurisdictions in relation to their program of work. The reports should not treat of or deal with the problems of the offices and agencies but should be confined exclusively to the progress of implementing their approved agency work programs.
This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.1âшphi1
