REQUIRING IMPLEMENTATION STARTING THIS AFTERNOON OF THE PROVISIONS OF MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 326 DATED MARCH 6, 1970
In view of the present transportation strike, all government offices are hereby required to implement starting today, April 6, 1970, Memorandum Circular No. 326 dated March 6, 1970, requiring all offices of the government to hold regular office hours during jeepneys, bus or other similar transportation strikes affecting the Greater Manila Area and immediate environs, enjoining the organization of car pools by employees and personnel of government offices who are car owners to help non-car owning employees and personnel travel to and from their residences to their respective offices and mobilizing available government owned motor vehicles to ferry government personnel to and from various points on official
