AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF SALARIES OF GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES WHO FAILED TO REPORT FOR DUTY ON MARCH 4, 1970.

In view of the fact that public transportation services in the Greater Manila Area were completely disrupted the whole day of March 4, 1970, due to the strike staged by operators of public utilities, government officials and employees who failed to report for duty on March 4, 1970, are hereby authorized to be paid their salaries for said date not chargeable to their leave credits.<1âшphi1/p>
