URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON “PERSPECTIVES IN REGIONAL PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT.”

The Central Luzon Development Program Training Council will conduct a seminar-workshop on April 20-24, 1970, at the SSS Social Hall, Quezon City, on the subject “Perspective in Regional Planning and Development.”

In view of the significance of the objectives of the seminar-workshop to the regional development of Central Luzon, all heads of departments and chief of bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations and local subdivisions participating in the Central Luzon Development Program are hereby authorized to send not more than three (3) representative each to the seminar-workshop of official business. The necessary traveling expenses and allowances of the participants shall be chargeable against funds of their respective offices, subject to the availability thereof and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1âшphi1

The participants shall submit to their office heads a report on their attendance in the seminar-workshop within thirty (30) days after the termination thereof.
