MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 323, February 27, 1970 ] AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 322, DATED FEBRUARY 26, 1970, “CREATING AN INTER-DEPARTMENTAL TASK FORCE FOR THE REPARATION OF THE FOUR-YEAR DEVELOPMENT PLAN.” In addition to the committee constituting the Inter-departmental Task Force created under Memorandum Circular No.322, dated February 26, 1970, there is hereby constituted a Committee on Monetary Policy and Balance of Payments which shall be composed of the following: Gabriel Itchon - - - Coordinator Central Bank Ernest Leung - - - Member Presidential Economic Staff Sebastian Nuguid - - - Member National Economic Council The Committee on Other Social Services shall have as member Mrs. Leonora de Guzman of the National Economic Council.1âшphi1 This Circular shall take effect today.
