MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 306, November 25, 1969 ] URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE PUBLIC LECTURE SERIES ON PROSPECTS AND PROBLEMS OF DEVELOPMENT IN THE 1970’S. A series of public lectures on Prospects and Problems of Development in the 1970’s will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 to 8:00P.M. for the period from November 25, to December 18, 1969, and from January 6 to January 29, 1970, at the San Miguel Corporation Auditorium in Makati, Rizal, under the sponsorship of the U.P. Institute of Economic Development and Research and the Private Development Corporation of the Philippines. All heads of departments and agencies in the national and local government, including government-owned or controlled corporations, hereby authorized to allow the attendance in the said lecture series of not more than three (3) of their officials and employees with suitable qualifications.
