URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE TWENTY SECOND ANNUAL CONVENTION OF THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION (PGEA).
The 22nd Annual Convention of the Philippine Government Employees Association (PGEA) will be held on December 10-12, 1969, in Manila with the theme “Activism in Public Service and Faith in Popular Government,” which will coincide with the Government Employees Week and the occasion of the 24th anniversary of the Association.
All heads of departments, bureaus and offices on the national and local levels, including government-owned or controlled corporations, which have PGEA chapters are hereby authorized to send on official business not more than five (5) members from each chapter to the convention. Their expenses for per diem, transportation, subsistence, lodging and convention fees shall all be chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability thereof and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
Delegates shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance thirty (30) days after the convention.1âшphi1
