AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 288 OF THIS OFFICE DATED SEPTEMBER 22, 1969
Memorandum Circular No. 288 of this Office dated September 22, 1969, urging attendance in the one-day regional conferences of the Government Supply Officers Association of the Philippines (GSOAPI), IN., is hereby amended so as indicate the change of the conference dates as follows:

And to authorize Messrs. Benviendo Goco of NASSCO and Jose Bantug of the Bureau of Public Highways, Treasurer and Director and GSOAPI Board Secretary, respectively, to assist the President of the said Association in the conduct of the regional conferences, subject to the same terms and conditions set forth in Memorandum Circular No. 288.
