URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE ONE-DAY REGIONAL CONFERENCES OF THE GOVERNMENT SUPPLY OFFICERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES., (GSOAPI)
The Government Supply Officers Association of the Philippines, Inc., (GSOAPI), will conduct one-day regional conferences relative to the refilling of a bill in Congress amending Republic Act No. 2264, as follows:

In view of the importance of this activity to the attainment of efficient and effective supply management in the local governments, all Provincial and City Treasurers are hereby authorized to send their supply officers, property custodians and/or property clerks to the conference to be held in their areas. Attendance shall be on official time, with expenses for transportation, subsistence, conference fees, chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual audit.
The President of the GSOAPI is likewise hereby authorized to preside over these regional conferences on official business.
The areas covered by each of the aforecited regions are indicated in the attached list.
