PRESCRIBING A NEW PROCEDURE IN THE SUBMISSION OF APPOINTMENTS AND APPOINTMENT PROPOSALS TO THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT.

Effective immediately, all appointment papers, including appointment proposals under Administrative Order No. 171, series of 1956, coming from offices covered by WAPCO law and rules, which under existing regulations, have to be submitted to the Office of the President for approval, shall be coursed through the Wage and Position Classification Office (WAPCO) for comment and recommendation as to the salary rate proposed.
