MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 281, August 15, 1969 ] URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE FIRST NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS LEAGUE OF THE PHILIPPINES (AOLP). The Administrative Officers League of the Philippines (AOLP) will hold its First National Annual Conference on September 25-27, 1969, at the Social Hall of the Rizal Province I Capitol, Pasig, Rizal, on the theme “THE ROLE OF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS IN NATION BUILDING.” All heads of departments, bureaus and offices, both national and local, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby authorized to send to this conference that the Administrative Order and two (2) Administrative Assistants or other personnel performing administrative functions. Their attendance shall be on official business; that is on official time and with expenses for transportation, subsistence, lodging and conference fee, all chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
