AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 275 OF THIS OFFICE DATED JULY 22, 1969.

Memorandum Circular No. 275 of this Office dated July 22, 1969, as amended, authorizing attendance in the seminar on the treatment of offenders, is hereby amended so as to indicate the change of the date of the holding of the seminar from August 25-28, 1969, to September 23-26, 1969, subject to the same conditions set forth in the said circular.
