URGING ATTENDANCE OF GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES IN THE SEMINAR ON PILIPINO AND OTHER SEMINAR ACTIVITIES TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE INSTITUTE OF NATIONAL LANGUAGE IN SELECTED LINGUISTIC AREAS IN THE PHILIPPINES.

In view of the imperative need to stimulate Pilipino-consciousness among our people, the Institute of National Language is hereby authorized to continue conducting seminars on Pilipino and other allied activities in various provinces and cities, as well as in different offices and agencies of the national government, until such time when all areas shall have been covered in its nation-wide drive to propagate the National Language.

To attain this end, all heads of departments and chiefs of bureaus and offices, including local subdivisions and government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby authorized to send not more than four (4) of their employees to the seminars and other activities to be conducted by the Institute of National Language in their jurisdictions. Attendance shall be on official time and with expenses for transportation, subsistence and lodging chargeable against their respective appropriations, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
