AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEMINAR ON THE TREATMENT OF OFFENDERS.

In view of the importance of the subject natter of the seminar, the participation of not more than thirty (30) officials of the said Bureau and of all Provincial and City Wardens is hereby authorized on official business, that is, on official time and. with expenses for transportation, subsistence and lodging, chargeable against funds of their respective offices, subject to the availability thereof and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1âшphi1
