Memorandum Circular No, 138 of this Office dated December 15, 1967, as amended by Memorandum Circulars Nos. 255 and 270 dated April 23, 1969 and June 30, 1969, respectively, prescribing the policy regarding the grant of representation allowances to certain local government officials, is hereby further amended so as to include Secretaries to the City Mayors among the officials entitled to representation allowances at the same rates prescribed in said Memorandum Circular No. 255.1aшphi1
