AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE OF GOVERNMENT AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERS IN THE ANNUAL CONVENTION OF THE PHILIPPINE SOCIETY OF AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERS (PSAE).

The Philippine Association of Agricultural Engineers will hold its annual convention at the U.P. College of Agriculture, Los Baņos, Laguna, on July 11-12, 1969.

The convention will be highlighted by discussions of problems in grain drying and storage facilities, farm power and machinery, and irrigation and drainage.

All offices, agencies and instrumentalities of the government employing agricultural engineers are hereby authorized to send to the convention not more than three (3) such engineers on official business; that is, on official time and with expenses for transportation, subsistence, lodging and conference fees, all chargeable against the funds of their respective offices, subject to the availability thereof and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.

The delegates shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance in the conference.1âшphi1
