URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE NATIONAL WORKSHOP ON CATALOGING AND CLASSIFICATION OF THE ASSOCIATION OF SPECIAL LIBRARIES OF THE PHILIPPINES

The Association of the Special Libraries of the Philippines (ASLP) will hold its National Workshop on Cataloging and Classification on June 23 to July 3, 1969 at the University of the East Library, Manila.1âшphi1

All heads of departments, bureaus and offices, as well as city, provincial and municipal governments, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby authorized each to send two libraries, one of whom is a cataloger, to the national workshop. Their attendance shall be on official business, that is, with expenses for transportation, subsistence, lodging and conference fees in connection therewith, all chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.

Delegates shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance and participation in the workshop.
