AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 261 OF THIS OFFICE DATED MAY 20, 1969, URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEVENTH ANNUAL NATIONAL CONVENTION OF THE BUREAU DIRECTORS’ ASSOCIATION, INC. (BUDIRAS)
Memorandum Circular No. 261 of this Office dated May 20, 1969, urging attendance in the Seventh Annual National Convention of the BURIDAS, is hereby amended so as to make the second paragraph read as follows:
“In view of the significance of this year’s convention theme, all chiefs of bureaus, commissions, offices, corporations and other officials of equivalent rank, and other members of the BURIDAS are hereby authorized to attend this convention. Their attendance shall be on official time and with expenses for transportation, subsistence and lodging pursuant to Republic Act No. 3847 as implemented by GAO General Circular No. 88-A, series of 1964, and convention/registration fees, all chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability thereof and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.”
