URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEVENTH ANNUAL NATIONAL CONVENTION OF THE BUREAU DIRECTORS’ ASSOCIATION, INC. (BUDIRAS)
The Bureau Directors’ Association, Inc., will hold its Seventh Annual National Convention in Manila on June 4-6, 1969 on the theme: “DYNAMIC MANAGEMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT.”
In view of the significance of this year’s convention theme, all chiefs or bureaus, commissions, offices, corporations and other officials of equivalent rank, and other members of the BURIDAS are hereby authorized to attend this convention. Their attendance shall be on official time and with expanses for transportation, subsistence and lodging pursuant to Republic Act No. 3847 as implemented by GAO General Circular No. 88-A, series of 1964, and convention/registration fees not exceeding P30.00 each delegate, all chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, subject to the availability thereof and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
The participants shall submit to their respective department heads a report on their attendance and participation within fifteen days after the convention. By authority of the President:
