MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 253, April 22, 1969 ] URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEMINAR ON GEODETIC ENGINEERING SPONSORED BY THE PHILIPPINES ASSOCIATION OF GEODETIC ENGINEERS. The Philippine Association of Geodetic Engineers will sponsor a seminar on geodetic engineering at the U.P. Training Center for applied Geodesy and Photogrammetry, Diliman, Quezon City, on April 25-26, 1969. The seminar aims to enhance the knowledge of the government geodetic engineers on engineering and surveying in order to keep up with the rapid advancement along these lines of science.1âшphi1 The Bureau of Lands, Bureau of Mines, Land Authority, Land Registration Commission, Board of Technical Surveys and Maps, Bureau of Coast and Geodetic Survey and the Bureau of Public highways are hereby authorized to send to the seminar three (3) representatives each on official business, that is, with expenses for transportation, subsistence arid seminar fees, all chargeable against the funds of their respective offices, subject to the availability thereof and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
