DESIGNATING THE PHILIPPINE COLLEGE OF COMMERCE AS THE TRAINING CENTER FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A MODEL PROJECT FOR NONAGRICULTURAL COOPERATIVES.

The Philippine College of Commerce is hereby designated as the training center for the establishment of a model project for nonagricultural cooperatives. The project is designed to promote better management, procurement and marketing techniques and procedures among the many non-agricultural (cottage & home) industries with a view to enhancing their development.

In order to ensure the success of the project and considering that much depends on the support and cooperation of various government agencies, the following entities and all other which may hereafter be involved, are hereby enjoined to lend such support and cooperation as the Philippine College of Commerce may need from them regarding the project:

1. Cooperatives Administration Office

2. Presidential Arm on Community Development

3. Philippine National Cooperative Bank

4. National Cottage Industries Development Authority

5. Budget Commission

6. Control Bank of the Philippines

7. Rice and Corn Production Coordinating Council (Information Coordinating Center and Cooperatives Division)
