FURTHER AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 207 OF THIS OFFICE DATED OCTOBER 15, 1968.

Memorandum Circular No. 207 of this Office dated October 15, 1968, as amended, urging attendance in activities of the Kapisanan Ng Mga Kawani Ng Pamahalaan in observance of Savings and Thrift Year, is hereby further amended so as to change the date of the holding of a conference-seminar in Manila from March 26-29, 1969 to April 7-8, 1969, subject to the conditions set forth in the said Order.
