AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 239 OF THIS OFFICE DATED MARCH 5, 1969, URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE NINTH NATIONS CONVENTION AND EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCE OF THE PHILIPPINE COOPERATIVE CREDIT UNION LEAGUE, INC.

Memorandum Circular No. 239 of this Office dated March 5, 1969, urging attendance in the 9th National_ (Convention and Educational Conference of the Philippine Cooperative Credit Union League, Inc., to be held on March 26-28, 1969 at the SSS Auditorium in Quezon City, is hereby amended so as to authorize the attendance of delegates from government offices on official business, that is, with expenses for transportation, board and lodging and conference fees, all chargeable against the appropriations of their respective agencies, subject to the availability of funds, to the usual accounting and auditing requirements, and to the conditions set forth in the aforesaid Circular.
