PROVIDING FOR THE USE OF REPARATIONS EQUIPMENT OF THE BUREAU OF PUBLIC HIGHWAYS IN PROVINCES.

All reparations equipment of the Bureau of Public Highways assigned to the provinces shall be used not only for national highways but also for municipal and feeder roads.1âшphi1
