Memorandum Circular No. 237 of this Office dated February 28, 1969, urging attendance in the Symposium and Workshop on Modern Police Administration to be sponsored by the Confederation of Chiefs of Police of the Philippines, with the technical assistant of the Police Commission, is hereby amended so as to move the date thereof free; March 24-28, 1969, to April 13-18, 1969, subject to the conditions set forth in the said Order.
