MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 239, March 5, 1969 ] URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE NINTH NATIONAL CONVENTION AND EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCE OF THE PHILIPPINE COOPERATIVE CREDIT UNION LEAGUE, INC. The Philippine Cooperative Credit Union League, Inc., will hold its 9th National Convention and Educational Conference at the Social Security System Auditorium in Quezon City on March 26-28, 1969. The conference aims to provide technical assistance on credit union operations. All heads of departments and chiefs of bureaus and offices, chartered cities, and provincial and municipal governments, as well as government-owned or controlled corporations, with duly registered cooperative credit unions are hereby authorized to send not more than two participants each to the conference. Their attendance shall be on official time only, that is, at no government expense except salary.
