MOVING THE DATES OF THE THIRD NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF THE PHILIPPINE FOA FELLOWS ASSOCIATION TO MAY 21 – 23, 1969

In view of the representations made by the Philippine FOA Fellows Association, Memorandum Circular No. 223 of this Office dated December 27, 1968, entitled “URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE THIRD NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF THE PHILIPPINE FOA FELLOWS ASSOCIATION.” is hereby amended so as to move the dates of the conference from May 7 – 9, 1969 to May 21 – 23, 1969.

All concerned shall be guided accordingly.1âшphi1
