URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE NATIONAL BIENNIAL CONFERENCE OF THE PHILIPPINE LIBRARY ASSOCIATION, INC.
The Philippine Library Association, Inc., will hold its national biennial conference on April 28-30, 1969 in. Cebu City on the theme: “Philippine Librarians Face the Challenges of the Day.”
All heads of departments, bureaus and offices, as well as city, provincial and municipal governments, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby authorized each to send not more than three (3) librarians and library officials and/or employees to the conference on official business, that is, with expenses for transportation, subsistence, lodging and conference fees in connection therewith chargeable against the appropriations of their respective offices, sublet to the availability of [funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
Delegates shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance and participation in the conference.
