AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 207 OF THIS OFFICE DATED OCTOBER 15, 1968.

Memorandum Circular No. 207 of this Office dated October 15, 1968, urging attendance in activities of the Kapisanan Ng Mga Kawani Ng Panahalaan in observance of Savings and Thrift Year, is hereby amended so as to authorize the holding of a conference-seminar at Naga City on March 14-15, 1969, and at Manila on March 28-29, 1969, subject to the conditions set forth in the said Order.
