URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE ELEVENTH NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON PUBLIC PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION
The Personnel Officers Association of the Philippines, Inc. (POAP), with technical assistance of the Civil Service Commission, will hold its Eleventh National Conference on Public Personnel Administration on March 26-28, 1969, at the Rizal Provincial Capitol, Pasig, Rizal, on the theme: “Effective Manpower Utilization: Key to National Development.”
In view of the importance and timeliness of this year’s conference theme of the POAP, all heads of departments and chiefs of bureaus and offices including local governments and government-owned or controlled corporations are hereby authorize to send employees of their own offices who are members of the Personnel Officer Association of the Philippines, Inc., to the conference. In addition, two other officials and employees responsible for personal work may be authorized to attend the conference. Their attendance should be on official business and their expenses for transportation, subsistence, lodging and conference fees in connection therewith shall be chargeable against the appropriation of their respective offices, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.
Delegates shall submit to their respective agency heeds a report of their attendance and participation in the conference.
