MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 222, December 6, 1968 ] REVOKING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NOS. 107 AND 107-A SERIES OF 1967 Memorandum Circular No, 107 dated March 50, 1967, requiring submission of government contracts involving; private financing; schemes to the Investments Office of the Presidential Economic Staff for evaluation and feasibility 1 study and Memorandum Circular No. 107-A dated June 29, 1967 clarifying the provisions of said Memorandum Circular No. 107 are hereby revoked effective today.1âшphi1 Henceforth, all such government contracts shall be submitted directly to the Financial Policy Committee created under Executive Order No. 97, series of 1967.
