URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENT MASTER PLUMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINES FIRST NATIONAL PLUMBING EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL SEMINAR.

The Association of Government Master Plumbers of the Philippines (AGMAPP) will sponsor the First National Plumbing Education and Technical Seminar in the fourth week of January, 1969, on the theme “The Role of Scientific Plumbing Practice in Relation to National Progress.”

The Seminar is aimed at supplementing technical knowledge and skill of plumbing practitioners and working out solutions to present-day problems in plumbing.

All heads of departments and chiefs of bureaus and offices, including government-owned or controlled corporations, are hereby authorized to send to this seminar not more than three (3) of their officials and employees who are members of the Association, excluding those who in charge of the affair, provided that their attendance shall be on official time only, that is, at no government expense outside of salary.1âшphi1

The participants shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their participation within thirty (30) days after the seminar.
