AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 218 REGARDING THE CONFERENCE OF THE SOCIETY OF FILIPINO SCHOLARS TO THE UNITED KINGDOM.

Upon representations of the Society of Filipino Scholars to the United Kingdom, Memorandum Circular No. 218 of this Office dated November 29, 1968, is hereby amended so as to authorize the attendance in the conference to be hold by the said Society on December 5, 1968, of all its members, On official time only; that is, at no government expenses except salary.1âшphi1
