MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 215, November 21, 1968 ] AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE OF CERTAIN GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN THE SYMPOSIUM TO BE CONDUCTED BY THE COMMISSION ON NATIONAL INTEGRATION. The Commission on National Integration will hold a three—day symposium on December 20-22, 1968, at the Asian Labor Educational Center, University of the Philippines, on the those: “National Integration for a Meaningful Filipinism.” In view of the significance of this activity, heads of departments and chiefs of bureaus and offices which perform work concerning the minorities or which could contribute to the government’ s integration program are hereby authorized to send to the symposium not more than throe (3) delegates each on official time.
