DIRECTING THE PURCHASE OF RICE FROM THE RICE AND CORN ADMINISTRATION.

Effective immediately, all offices of the government, including the corporations owned or controlled by it, are hereby directed to purchase all their rice requirements from the Rice and Corn Administration.
