FURTHER AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 193 OF THIS OFFICE DATED JUNE 19, 1968, URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEMINARS ON THE CIVIL SERVICE LAW AND RULES SPONSORED BY THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION.

Memorandum Circular No. 193 of this Office dated June 19, 1968, as amended, urging attendance in the seminars en tie Civil Service Law and Rules, is hereby further amended so as to include the City of Tangub among the places embraced, in the regional seminar to be held in Zamboanga City on October 23-25, 1968, and the provinces of Agusan, Bukidnon, Davao Oriental, Davao del Norte, Davao del Sur, Misamis Oriental and Camiguin and the Cities of Ozamis and Butuan, among the places embraced in the regional seminar to be held in Cagayan de Oro City on November 27-29, 1968, as well as to delete Davao City from the list of places embraced in the seminar hold in Tacloban City on September 25-27, 1968, unless it sent delegates thereto, in which case it shall not send any more delegates to the Cagayan de Oro City Seminar.
