URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE WILOCI CONVENTION ON CHIME CONTROL.

The celebration of the 22nd Anniversary of the U.P. Women Lawyers’ Circle (WILOCI) will feature a two-day convention on November 22-23, 1968, at the G.S.I.S. Auditorium, on the subject of “Crime Control.”

In view of the significance of the role lawyers play in reducing the incidence of crime, all heads of department and chiefs of bureau, office or governmental or controlled corporation, are hereby authorized to allow the attendance in the convention of not more than three (3) lawyers in their respective offices on official tine.

Those authorized to attend shall submit to their respective agency heads a report on their attendance end participation in the convention.1âшphi1
