FURTHER AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 193 OF THIS OFFICE DATED JUNE 19, 1968, URGING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEMINARS ON THE CIVIL SERVICE LAW AND RULES SPONSORED BY THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION.

Memorandum Circular No. 193 of this Office dated June 19, 1968, as amended, urging attendance in the seminars on the Civil Service Law and Rules, is hereby further amended so as to include South Cotabato among the places embraced in the regional seminar to be held in Zamboanga City on October 23-25, 1968.
