[ Memorandum Circular No. 198, July 31, 1968 ]

AMENDING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 178, CURRENT SERIES, PRESCRIBING REGULATIONS FOR MEETING AND SEEING OFF VIP’S AT THE AIRPORT BY MEMBERS OF THE DIPLOMATIC CORPS.

The first paragraph of Memorandum Circular No. 178 of this Office dated April 19, 1968, prescribing regulations for meeting and seeing off VIP’s at the airport by members of the diplomatic corps, in hereby amended to read as follows:

“1. The Department of Foreign Affairs shall issue new passes to each Chief of Mission or Acting Chief of Mission which will entitle said official to move anywhere in the premises of the Manila International Airport, including the Customs, Immigration, Quarantine and Transit Lounge areas.”
