MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Circular No. 190, June 1, 1968 ] AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF CERTAIN FEMALE OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES IN THE OUTSTANDING CITIZENS AWARDS CEREMONIES. The traditional awarding ceremonies to outstanding citizens of the Republic of the Philippines sponsored by the Civic Assembly of Women of the Philippines (CAMP) in conjunction with the annual observance of Independence Day will be held at Malacañang Heroes Hall on June 11, 1968, at 4:30 o’clock in the afternoon. All female elective officials and duly designated delegates to the Assembly, as well as five ranking women officials in each department, bureau, office and government corporation, arc hereby authorized to attend the Ceremonies on official time.1âшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
